Greetings! And I hope everyone had a safe and happy 4th of July! Over the past few weeks, I've been trying to kick a lung infection. I decided to take a picture of me with all of the medicine I've been given. I'm getting better! I have a second re-check appointment with my Dr. on Tuesday that I am looking forward to.

3, 2, 1 Come and Run With Me!
Last Sunday afternoon, good friends of ours invited us out with them and their daughter to go to the Detroit Flower Festival and Motown Hoedown. Inbetween venues, we stopped at the GM Center and this is a snapshot of Dwayne when he hopped into a yellow convertible!

Life
The other week we had so much fun at Family Fun Day. As Paul Dietzel was unloading the bouncy house and bouncy slide from his semi truck, he decided to throw in a bouncy boxing ring and bouncy obstacle course just to bless us. One World
A few days back, Dwayne and I had finally found the little bean bags that we had been searching for and we were so excited! So we brought them to church and one of our kids invented this really awesome race game with the bean bags! Day off!! Ah ha ha ha ha! I have a day off! I don't have to do annnnything today! Except maybe tidy up a bit around the house. Dwayne's cleaned most of it, though. I even woke up at 6 O'clock today and wanted to go buy a slurpee and mail some letters. I didn't though because I fell back asleep ( Read more... ) -
I am excited to follow Jesus
I'm excited about working on a bunch of different projects. Dwayne and I are helping out with the teen Wednesday class now and that is really exciting. My favorite part of the week is still Sunday because I love helping run children's church. Work is work and bills are bills, but I am so happy. -
