Favorite Slash Pairing
Lex/Clark, Superman Doomsday
I'm not a big slash shipper, and I don't really ship Clex (and if I did, it would be in a different sense than most Clex shippers), but I couldn't pass up the opportunity to show some appreciation for some of the most amazing slashy subtext I've seen, especially since I am so picky about it. If you've seen the movie, you probably know the scene I'm talking about. Superman was assumed dead and buried, and Lex, being Lex, had him dug up and cloned. Cloney came to see him and Lex was prepared with his own special red room and krypto-gloves and beat the crap out of him, asking why Superman left him.
The voice performance of James Marsters was friggin' insane, especially the "who's your daddy?" line. The whole scene made me really uncomfortable, but...in a good way? Creepiest version of Lex Luthor ever, but very effective.
