I am insulin resistant, borderline diabetic. Newest treat is to go to a nutritionist who will tell me how to eat that will help me lose weight, without interferring with all the F**king meds I'm on. I found it. It's "Bookworm" by Carl Spitweg. Of course, my version is much more cartoonish...kind of between the bookworm print and a parody of Scrooge bent over his desk counting his money.

I have an earworm. I'm still getting better in baby steps. I'm atleast 50% better than I was this time last week, physically anyway. I can not run or even walk at my normal pace for long, but I can get from one end of the house to the other without resting and I'm even starting to do some house chores.
