Another wonderful book in the series. This one follows Kushiel's Scion, and continues Imriel's story through life.

It's mostly a coming-of-age sort of novel. But better. And Imriel's old habits that made a lot of people angry at him are changed, so now he's a pretty cool character.

This is the beginning of (hopefully) the next trilogy, following the "Kushiel's Dart" one. It was very good, but had a  different main character in it, making the overall feel of the story change from an epic story to that of a....coming of age story ( Read more... )

Kushiel's Avatar  by Jacqueline Care is the third book in the trilogy, and an awesome end to it. It ties up all of the events of the previous books, and it maintains the same level of epic-awesomeness.

Unfortunately, it didn't have the best editor. I found two typos (one of which was so bad the question hardly made any sense)

Kushiel's Dart by Jacqueline Carey is quite possibly the most epic book I've ever read.
