Oh. Well. This was odd. Where did all of these Waddle Dees come from? Did they all each want cake? How odd. She had no idea they were all just for Dedede.
"Oh goodness, hello...Did you all want some? Let me see..."
There were a lot of them, but she could suffice. On one of her bigger cakes, she cut a small slither, perfect for each Waddle Dee and started putting them on their plates. Hopefully she thought she had enough!
Peach honestly was wondering where these critters were coming from. And why did they have such a hunger for cake. At least, what Peach thought was THEIR hunger for cake.
"...Dear, I hadn't know you were all so hungry."
Unfortunately, with all of these guys...She didn't know just giving them the cake was the best solution. She thought that if they were THAT hungry, they would fight for the sugary substance. So she went to just offer larger slices...
...Hey, beggars can't be choosers. Even if you guys weren't the beggars.
N was quick to pick up a whiff of the scent on his nose as he passed by, textbook in hand. He was going to just head on back to his dorm room after class, but no. That aroma captivated him in an instant.
He made his way into the kitchen and paused at the sight of the woman with the cake(s). Oh, that looked... great. Fantastic, actually. He could even imagine himself taking a bite into one of those cakes right now.
He didn't even really notice he was staring longer than he should have.
Peach was probably humming to herself as she was whipping up a bundle of chocolate orange cupcakes. She turned to put them in the oven when she noticed the man staring. Oh!
"Oh my, I'm sorry. Did you need to use the kitchen for something?"
She expected to have some curious people be around. She was making an awful lot in the past few days. She was basically here most of the active afternoon baking things that had its scent travel through the dorms.
"I have been working on a lot of new recipes lately. I suppose I was just in the mood for it..."
Oh, she noticed that you were looking at the cupcakes.
"Of course, I hadn't intended them to be for myself at all. I am more than happy to offer some if you'd so like. There's plenty."
Ah, the sweet smell of over generosity. Seth had been watching Peach as he passed by the student kitchens, deliberating if he should go get himself some free cake or not.
Yes. That sounded delightful.
"Oh, what is that smell~" He exclaimed, stepping into the kitchen. "Smells like someone is hard at work baking something good~"
At the time Warren came in, she was finishing icing another cake. She put down the tools...yep, she just finished! She smiled at Warren. She's been in this kitchen often lately, she was bound to see more than one new face. At least, new to her.
"I suppose I have been in here for a while making these," she commented.
"It looks like you have." He said as he trotted over to her latest project. "Did you do this all by yourself?" He said with every amount of wonder and awe in his voice.

[A familiar little green dino!]
Yoshi! Hello!
[Wow, look at that. She really did use a lot of fruit.]
Yes, it's summer after all. When the fruit is most abundant. So that's one of the reasons why I decided to make summer cake. I thought it would be fun.
[But she made. SO MANY. She knew what you were here for.]
Luigi was soon brought to the kitchen by the delicious smell of baked goods. He wandered into the kitchen to see... Oh! It was the Mushroom Princess!
"Oh! Princess Peach! That smells delicious!" Luigi came closer to the various cakes and smiled, looking around at the work she had done. Of course! There can never be too many cakes! Although the oven constantly on made the kitchen even warmer than the already warm school, it seemed like a great distraction from the heat nonetheless.
Once Peach started baking, she seemed to focus more on the actual task than the heat anyway. It was a good distraction. The familiar voice of the green plumber distracted her as she was opening the fridge to retrieve more egg.
"Luigi, it's good to see you," Peach replied. He was offering help? She couldn't say "no", could she? "If you'd like to, of course. Then, sure."
"Great!" Luigi couldn't help but clap his hands together in a rather girly fashion. "Which recipe are you doing next?" He leaned on the counter, looking around for a nearby cookbook that Peach may have been using. Unless she wasn't using recipes? If she had all of these great recipes memorized- well, that would be amazing!
Alas, while Peach had a lot of recipes she had remembered and could come up with on a whim, today was experimenting day. She had a large amount of recipes she had yet to try out. Most of them involving berries. There were some chocolate recipes lying around. But. Mainly berries.
"Oh...I was planing on actually making a blueberry cobbler. With brown sugar. Unless if you had anything else in mind."

"Yes," Peach answered. "I know it's a little much. I couldn't fight the mood to bake so I did."
