Lash was also incredibly excited. She was taking this a little too well, considering who was involved. Sure, Hawke wasn't there, but having both Robotnik and the Armed Weaponry teacher. Lash barely knew anything about her except she was a good marksmen and that was useful enough. She almost felt sorry for whatever poor souls had decided to stay at the Headmaster's office at this hour, they were going to get utterly destroyed.

"I know I sure am!" she whispered back into her headset, hiding behind a tree in her vintage point. The student peered and took a good look at the castle they were about to storm.

Good lord, it was tacky and made Sturm's costume look tame. There was just one piece of the puzzle she couldn't quite put together yet, and that was why Robotnik seemed so excited about going there.

Excited? No. Eager? Yes. His true motivations remained a mystery for the time being, but considering he was flying one of his refurbished new and improved Eggmobiles, he was expecting a confrontation with someone, or something.

Where was Samus? Samus seemed to be missing in action.

Samus seemed to be missing in action if one wasn't familiar with who exactly was running around in a giant, orange and red suit of powered armor equipped with an arm canon blasting aparoids to smithereens at the beginning of this year was.

As far as Samus knew, that included no one currently here in this group, as she begrudgingly came to the mission briefing clad in not-said suit. And most definitely not Tony whom had only seen the inside of her gunship.

Tony whom... the mysterious towering 6' 3'' orange and red robot was making no discreet effort to follow several yards behind him. The robot had been doing this the whole trip, in fact. Not attacking... just following him.

Ominously.

Mostly Samus was aware he was the oddball out in this little group and felt like he needed the protection. Quite possibly from the other members of the group.

For someone trained to hear all around her, it didn't take Lash too long to notice the creeping robot. Besides, if Maxwell had taught her one thing, it was to expect creepers at all times.

"Tony you've got a faaaan," she snickered as she hit the side of the suit with her fist to hear the echo. Someone was inside. She looked up...and up and pointed an accusing finger at the robot's visor.

"I remember you from the war!...uh...whoever you are. Thanks for your help back then!" Maybe it was a civilian, or one of Ironman's friends. "Aluminumman?" No, the melting point was too low for a suit to be made of that properly. "Platinumman?" No, that was just a lame name.

"Deathbot? Can I call you Deathbot?"

"...." Deathbot. Hah that was a good one.

Deathbot kind of made a frowny face underneath said visor at the unorthodox greeting and new nickname and shook it's head 'no'.

...maybe face/visorpalmed a little with a resounding kh-thunk.
