Thank you! I actually had a lot of fun writing it. It's been a while since Alec went for humor of angst. (Even though he worked it in anyway.)

HEE yes. It was adorable!

- I think 'canoodling as well as cuddling' may be my phrase of the week!

- Since I read it, I can't get rid of the thought how, you know, Dean tends to get so tangled up around John, and he does care for Alec, that it might not even occur to him that John doesn't like the kid? ... not until they start punching each other or something.
... and that idea is entertaining. My brain is weird.

Oh, Dean adores his son. It really isn't much of a secret. Even from Alec, once they got past some of Alec's issues. Alec isn't worried about John swaying Dean. But. . .he didn't want Dean to really know that he wasn't feeling the love. He doesn't want to tangle Dean up with it.
