Alex! A lovely little drabble about their never ending circle. He just can't, and I enjoy that the situation is that simple and how complex it can make everything seem. Nicely done. :)

He keeps ending up with the same type of people and it's just surprising that no one seems to get that he is not what they think he is. And it drives me nuts.

It's hard to break away from the familiar though. If he keeps going for the same old things are predictable and manageable. I really think that Izzie could be the exception to that though...I miss them. However dysfunctional and odd they were.

I think so too. I've always thought that they will end up together, even before I really shipped them. And I miss them more than you know. They're the reason I'm still watching.

beecher and keller! I never really read Oz fic - actually, I'm not sure I ever have. But I love this. I feel like you captured them wonderfully. I miss them. I haven't watched Oz in forever.

And I can see Alex thinking that. I can practically hear his thought process.

I haven't written straight out Oz fic in a very, very long time. But I saw the prompt and just had to.

See, I'm running my BFF through the seasons so I get to rewatch them. I think I last saw it on Friday (I own all but two seasons). I love that show so much.

Alex is my favorite character to write. He's, IMO, one of the more complicated characters out there, and that makes it fun to get inside his head.
