So, after seeing the episode, I was a little sad that they didn't reveal what Gonzales has on the ship, although Coulson did suggest that it was a pretty big secret. Still, the two S.H.I.E.L.D. groups did band together to raid the HYDRA base. On the surface, it was to rescue Deathlok and Lincoln. Underneath that though, both leaders have ulterior motives, Gonzales to get his hands on a few powered people, Coulson to find out the location of Loki's septer (which makes sense, since it's a powerful artifact that has been missing since S.H.I.E.L.D. fell
