Update!

So, mom was discharged from Rehab this last Sunday. She was transfered from one hospital to another on Friday of last week. So far, things look to be going fine. Its just that...,
She seems different. I look into her eyes and I see a lost person. Maybe she's trying to figure out what happened. Or, she wants to say something, but the words ( Read more... )

Had a nasty scare today. Woke up and greeted my mom, followed by her telling me that her vision is blurry. Also that she felt nauseous. I let her sleep for a couple of hours, hoping that it would go.away on its own. No go. When she woke back up, she said that she felt more of the same. Yet she still wanted to go out. I'm hoping that I will be able to update my lj more often. Mentally, I'm settling down, and I'm able to type about something semi interesting.
The journey continues, and I want to remember the highlights and the lowlights. Or something like that.

I think that I'm actually seeing a routine in my life.

So, I started collecting videogames and gaming consoles. And holy shit, can it get expensive. So far, I only have a small handful of consoles. The end of the construction season is winding to a close. Unsure when I will be laid off. And I really don't want to return to this company. No benefits, no vacation, no raises, no anything that will make me want to stay. oh well...

Jeez, it's been a long time. Well, for starters, let's just say that I'm still not use to working night shifts. They're starting to kill me. Then again, it could be worse.
