I've got my room back!
My sister's house down the street is currently under construction, and 5 days ago there a was a big hole in the side of her house. With the ambient temperature of the house being 47 degrees, coupled with my sister's fear of looters, it was an inhospitable environment for my sis and bro-in-law and their 4 children. stupid Farmville addiction
So if you're on Facebook at all, you may be familiar with Farmville. If you're not, it's one of those stupid online flash games where you, um, farm. You can level up your character by plowing and milking cows, and you can "master" different crops. A tech at work (and fellow addict) described it as WoW for girls. Finished it!
I finally finished Uncharted: Drake's Fortune last night after only a few months of play time. I started my second go through on hard mode to unlock more rewards and get the trophy, but I honestly don't think I'll be able to make it through the "Crushing" setting. Slumdog Millionaire
Really good movie, well written, great acting. Had me cringing and laughing and almost crying (but mostly cringing). Boy am I glad I don't live in India. At least not the slums part. I bet the India Tourism Board is less than happy that this movie is doing so well. If I ever visit the Taj Majal, I'm taking my shoes with me! -
Strange and Funny Dream
Have you ever been fully conscious during a dream? And the crazies come out in droves. I shouldn't say crazies, I guess. Almost all of my clients and patients today were quite reasonable, but there were so MANY of them. In a normal week, in addition to my normal (usually booked solid) appointments, we might see 1, maybe 2 emergencies. Today we saw 6.

Legal troubles
I'm not really in trouble, but I have to do a bunch of stressful, time consuming stuff. If you're curious, ask me next time you see me and I'll go into a long winded semi-comprehensible explanation. It'll be a blast.
