I went ahead and created a workout schedule, based on the weights routine I got given this morning, and the cardio one I've had for a week or two. It was pretty easy once I got going, so now I have something that's valid for 2 weeks from Monday just gone; after that, I can make whatever changes I need to, even if it's just dates, re-print, and go

I've been a bit crap with my food, but now that it's summer, wanting to survive on salad and ice cream is pretty easy.
With regard to Natacha Atlas, I recommend the Last FM similar artists page here. My personal favourite, Cesária Évora, is right at the bottom of the list.
