I went ahead and created a workout schedule, based on the weights routine I got given this morning, and the cardio one I've had for a week or two. It was pretty easy once I got going, so now I have something that's valid for 2 weeks from Monday just gone; after that, I can make whatever changes I need to, even if it's just dates, re-print, and go ( Read more... )

I'm just getting back into the swing of gyming it. It's a struggle to actually go, but once I do I feel ten times better. The only problem at the moment is due to a bruised tailbone, I'm not allowed to do certain exercises, most of which are my favourites, so keeping the enthusiasm up isn't easy.

I've been a bit crap with my food, but now that it's summer, wanting to survive on salad and ice cream is pretty easy.

With regard to Natacha Atlas, I recommend the Last FM similar artists page here. My personal favourite, Cesária Évora, is right at the bottom of the list.
