I did my raverly stash and I don't have nearly as much yarn as I thought I did. Yay.
Lots of it is just remnants, and stuff I actually won't use. The only stuff that isn't up there is my Dale yarn- which I do have a lot of, but it's at least designated to a project.

Okay, I just placed an order with knitpicks. It did not include the Chullo hat. So since I didn't get it at the same time as the other things, it's sure to come up sooner than I need new yarn and I'll have to pay shipping, which I hate ( Read more... )

I had a knitpicks fiasco when I lived in Dayton. I was annoyed at them for bad customer service, and stopped ordering from them. But I haven't knitted in ages and their Andean Chullo hat caught my attention, and inspired me to start knitting again. How did the Jonas borthers get so popular. Today is the first time I've ever actually seen them, and they are mediocre singers and not at all cute. I totally get how good looking but not good singers become famous, but need an explanation for this group. I don't get it at all.
