How did the Jonas borthers get so popular. Today is the first time I've ever actually seen them, and they are mediocre singers and not at all cute. I totally get how good looking but not good singers become famous, but need an explanation for this group. I don't get it at all.

I think their rise can be explained by their appearances on the Disney Channel and in really popular preteen shows like Hannah Montana. I agree though, not cute. Then again, I didn't think most of the New Kids were cute so I must be missing something when it comes to boy bands. haha

My daughter LOVES the Jonas brothers. I don't mind listening to their music. They're pretty good for their age, and the oldest brother is kinda hot.

I thought one of them was cute when I saw them on the VMA's a couple months ago, but now I can't figure out which one it was.
