That seems shady to me. I feel like he should have let you know when he first asked you about doing the gig that you would have been paid later on by check :/ I hope you receive it!

I said the same thing to him! At least then I could have decided if I wanted to go ahead with it or not.

I wonder if you will get your money at all i hope so but being as you texted him telling him how unprofessional he was i doubt you will receive your money..hope i am wrong and you get it, and i also hope that you get some more paid shoots or gigs out of this.

He said it was up to the sponsor to pay me so I e-mailed them and explained the situation. Hopefully I do get paid.
