Our offer was accepted on 85 Berkshire Road in Portland! Eee! Now we just have to get the inspection and get "official" approval for our loan. Nervousness still ensues. But I'm so happy tonight. Whether we truly get this place or not (and it feels ever more real with each day) I'm so ready to get out of this apartment.
