Dom learned today that wandering around the living room and complaining that you're bored does not get you an offer to sit and watch tv. In fact, it gets you the wonderful job of cleaning both toilets.

The lesson is "Boredom beats house chores."

Or, alternately, "Keep it to yourself, Dad doesn't care."

If you had ever wondered as to why the_lucky_nun and I don't let Tony play video games, and as to why they are banned from our house... imagine this.

Well, that, but off and on for two or three years.

the_lucky_nun left this morning at 3am. This should be a fun weekend. Because, after a full night of North Vs. South musical acts, photography, and enough caffeine to keep me going until 1am, I got a grand six hours of sleep, because I set the alarm to make sure I'd be up to see the boys off to school.

rudeboyzach needed a pic of kids eating ice cream for the Pitch, and I needed something to keep the boys occupied for a little bit.
