An exciting week indeed -

1) Managed to sprain my ankle while walking....not even from playing sports or anything of the sort. So loser huh....My ankle is still hurting even after a week :(

While I was driving along Cottenham Avenue in Kingsford, I happened to notice a woman taking a walk with her baby. Or so I thought. I did have some doubts about my initial conclusions as the "creature" strapped to her chest (in one of those baby backpack things) didn't really look like a baby. And I was right.

Hmm so.

Just found out today that I was meant to be completing a "real time review" (RTR) of an audit file (as part of my audit coach role in the group) and because I'm quite new to this role, I didn't realise they don't actually tell you that you've got a file to review. You're meant to check the database...so there I was reading the RTR weekly ( Read more... )

Given my lack of updates, most generally assume that (a) I have been consumed by the 'busy season' at work; (b) I am having too much fun to update; or (c) I am just too lazy for my own good.

I have (somehow) managed to lose 2 audit work paper files. I hope I didn't mistakenly include them in my pile of unwanted papers/files when I was unpacking from the recent move. Hmm. On a positive note, maybe it's lying around somewhere...waiting for me to find it.

A large chunk of my CDs and DVDs...the rest have been stored in boxes next to the bed. And unfortunately the books have had to go outside (in the family area) due to the lack of space for my remaining bookshelves). But these are nicely organised.....very ( Read more... )
