Walking or otherwise moving withing a zone willingness and ability: Check. Since I haven't found a way to move between zones without teleports, I guess that would cover it.

Weapons training: Check. Extensive.

Technical training: a little bit. Mostly in the maintenance of weapons, but I can do basic stuffs on 21-century tech as well.

Willingness to get into any sort of trouble? Check.

When and where and what do you have in mind?
