I ripped all 8 of the boys' Thomas the Tank Engine DVD's today. Less fumbling for disks now and less damage to them too. Although Eli was having some trouble about getting a video without something physical being put into the computer. Now I just need a bigger hard drive so I can rip all the Elmo and other DVD's. While riding in the van coming back from registering Lexi for school we happened to be listening to They Might Be Giants Here Come the ABC's album. This is not terribly surprising of itself as the boys often loudly demand that it be put on. One of my favorite songs is "C is for Conifers", Lexi is fond of it as well. My glasses have met their end. They were pretty much the perfect set of frames. I've had them for over 6 years. Round-ish frames with a saddle bridge. Most comfortable, best-looking pair of glasses I've ever had. Thursday was our 6th anniversary. I actually planned and implemented a little vacation for us. We left for LA Thursday afternoon. Didn't have much time to stop in San Leandro on the way down as we wanted to avoid traffic heading through Pleasanton and Livermore.
