I totally loved Orlando's bravery here. He could have turned around and headed the other way when he saw Sean's car sitting in his driveway, or he could have somehow snuck around the back, but he didn't. He actually recalled Sean's attention from where he was wit-wandering.

I seriously don't know how Sean didn't just cling to Orlando like a limpet when he got a patented Orlihug!

Their hesitance about talking about what has been tearing them apart, and their reluctance to actually give voice to their feelings really rang so true. I'm sure Sean was totally shit-scared Orlando was going to freak all over him, and Orlando... well, I think he's still coming to grips with the idea that the love he feels for Sean is decidedly much more than platonic.

So, Orlando lets slip that he loves Sean... Sean proceeds to kiss Orlando soundly, totally shocking the pants off him (Sean and we wish!)... and you leave it there! You have learned your lessons far too well, grasshopper!

I am indeed, refreshed and ready to keep on writing! So glad you enjoyed your cookies, sweetie. I've also added snickerdoodles, almond kringle and maple walnut bars to the mix as well as milk chocolate walnut fudge, milk chocolate peppermint fudge, white chocolate almond fudge, dreamsicle (orange/vanilla) fudge, and peanut butter fudge. I'm bringing them all to a Christmas gift exchange party tonight but I'll be sure to save you some! *g*

I'm so pleased you enjoyed the chapter and the way I'm portraying Orli and Sean. Sorry about the cliffhanger, though! Chapter 3 was getting way too long so I decided to try flexing some hitherto unused 'evol' muscles (Liriel's been teaching me, ;D) and leave it right there!

I'm glad they are both taking courage and try to solve their 'problem'. They are both very brave. And I really like the way how it suddenly all pretty much comes out without them saying it outright at the end of the chapter. I like the confused, nervous bubbling out feeling at the end.

I'm so pleased you enjoyed Chapter 3! Your lovely feedback means so much to me! It took a lot of nerve on both their parts to get where they are at the end of this chapter. Putting their true emotions out there and taking a chance the way they did is a very scary thing indeed! *pets the poor boys* I think they're both a bit overwhelmed at where they find themselves right now, though. *g* I'm pretty sure that Sean shocked himself nearly as much as he did Orli! It's interesting that you liked the up-in-the-air ending. Most everyone else was NOT happy that I left it there. I'm glad I could please someone anyway! *giggles mischievously*
