I read every week but never post. Obviously. Usually I read when I am procrastinating writing a paper or studying for a test. School is done in two weeks. I will be graduating from the Registered Nursing program. DONE. I was voted to give the class speech. Last year 200+ people came to graduation. I'm a little terrified. A mini update
I think nursing school is depressing. It's a time eater, a competitive, life sucking, regime. If I had this to do over again, I would have done it before having kids or after my kids are in school 5 days a week. I feel like I am losing precious time with my daughter. Yet somehow, I maintain an A and haven't completely lost my mind yet

I'm pregnant. Totally knocked up. I bled off and on from December 18th (the day my Mirena IUD was removed) to January 6th. I think I ovulated around the 17th of January. I got a positive on my birthday, Feburary 1st. I'm excited that I actually have symptoms (sore boobs, nausea) but I have some reservations considering my history of ( Read more... ) -
Wannabe update
I've been trying to find it in me to start journaling again. I guess it's just too overwhelming because of school, work, kid and house life? I don't know. I want to start journaling again. Partly because its cathartic, but also because it makes a nice record to go back and look at. I need to force myself to do it. Especially since we are ( Read more... ) -

Just got my first job as a nurse! I'll be working at the county jail taking care of the inmates. I'm thrilled!!

Most days Rusty is irritable, frustrated and unapproachable. On the days he isn't, he is amazing. Funny, charismatic, patient. Those days are usually preceded by extra sleep, time off from work, etc.
He works 6 8-12hr days a week. He does most of the cooking and cleaning, but lately has let a lot of that slide. He does all of this because I ( Read more... )
