I finally got my car back today. The call came in around 8am that my car was ready, in fact it ended up waking me up. I didn't actually get my car until after 4pm because I didn't feel like taking the hour commute. Roughly one week after dropping it off and $400 dollars later, it runs pretty good. Nice to have a car that runs good isn't it? I had my fare share of headaches in the last month, Mainly so my car could pass emissions. It was such a headache to get to where I am now -.-

I hadn't realized yours had gotten so bad. I'm just glad you were able to get it fixed, though yipes, isn't it crazy how much auto repairs can cost? I cringe every time I need to go into the shop. And it's more often than any of us would like. Good luck with your car, and here's hoping this is the last time you have to spend a major amount of money on it while you still have it. Someday...someday you shall get something better.

It is insane, especially at an average rate of $65 per hour to work on the car. And I'm hoping that other than the maintenance required to keep it running smoothly, I don't have to worry about any other big bills. And I'm hoping to start saving for something better soon. X_x
