I watched the Rian Johnson movie The Brothers Bloom twice this weekend--once on Friday, while I was trying to knit lace and then realized I hadn't been paying attention at all, and once tonight, when I put everything aside and applied some brainpower and totally loved it. I adore Brick, his first movie--but it's a first movie. The Brothers Bloom is

I loooove it. I also took a look at the Athleta catalog the other day, though, and they had tons of cute suits! Which is a relief, because WOW did I look at a lot of ugly ones beforehand.

For reasons unbeknownst to me, I read this and immediately heard Lorelai Gilmore in my head saying, "Things are happening -- big things, wow things." I cannot explain my brain other than to tell you that, apparently, everything still reminds me of Gilmore Girls.
Other than that, your post makes me think that (1) I really am a crazy person for not watching P&R, (2) FNL is brilliant, even when it makes me hurt, and (3) I miss Bones and am equal parts excited for and terrified of Season 6.

...which is so heartwarming! Oh, Stars Hollow. Seriously, I wouldn't even know you if it wasn't for them! Just wait for the dancing midgets, right?

Possibly, because it is GREAT,
(2) FNL is brilliant, even when it makes me hurt
it totally is, and it totally does,
(3) I miss Bones and am equal parts excited for and terrified of Season 6.
and I am mostly excited. WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN AT THE COFFEE CART? And why is there so little fic about it? Ultimately, it's going to be great. Right? Right.

My friend, this is sometimes more than I get out of myself, and writing is my self-proclaimed Life Calling. Nothing wrong with thirty minutes!
Yay for moving up on C25k also. How far are you going now?
I moved (back) up from run-ten-walk-three-run-ten to run-twenty-five. I think it's the hardest jump so far--not just because it's a longer run, but because man do I miss having that walking break to look forward to. Sports psychology, yay/boo?
In completely random things, I was thinking the other day that when I am in Your Country I would love to go to a sporty place and check out the selection of chewy electrolyte things for runners. From what I can tell from the Raverly runners group, Americans have all manner of fancy types and flavours that make-do-and-deal-with-it Canadians do not.
We can definitely do this! REI, of course, is probably the place to go, though even Trader Joe's has a sizable selection. We'll get you stocked up.
