Earwigs are eating my corn! I do not like earwigs. They are one of the few bugs that sort of freak me out. Zucchini bread. Need I say more?

What else that has begun are the blueberries. We went up north on Saturday (OMG the traffic!) and discovered that the blueberries were already starting to ripen. It's about two weeks early. Overall, a quiet weekend. Most folks thought I was out of town, but a change of plans in car arrangements meant that I ended up in town after all. I kept waiting for it to rain. The forecasters promised it, but aside from a dump on Saturday night. No rain.

I did a lot of bicycling this weekend, both along the canal and along the waterfront.
