Another Update

I went to visit Mom & Dad yesterday, and was immensely relieved to find that Mom was  dressed and sitting up at the dining room table just like before her surgery.  She was very present and could take teasing and give it back.  She and Dad were chatty and smiling and pretty perky, and it did my heart good.  I said something--I don't remember what--
