Though it meant turning down some social time with a beloved friend, I am glad that I stuck to my plan of staying in today. Jason had gotten back on a crazy work schedule-- staying as late as 11:30pm and, on Friday, he got home at 2am (!). Oh lordy, Olive was such a snugglebean this morning. When I woke up, she was curled up on my shoulder with her head under my chin. When I readjusted to cuddle J, she squeezed in between us like a little hotdog. Seriously, it was Christmas card cute. The kittens continue to grow like weeds. Looking more like young cats than kittens each day. They are now coming up into bed with us, because laying between and on sleeping people is apparently fun.
