today after church, my kindergarten teacher got to meet my family, and tell my wife about my grandmother. She asked me if i remembered having her as a teacher, i replied that i did, it was 32 years ago. after eating a few pieces of a jalapeno cheddar bread
it made me wonder who was the first person to say hmmm
that looks interesting lets eat it
and i can just imagine the result after the first bite

inever really understood the sheer amount of sacrifices that my father made for me
until imyself became a father
and now i wonder where it was that he hid his cape
for i always saw the clark kent and never the superman.

one thing that i have different
is that i have a loving and supportive wife
something that he didnt have
