Traveling
So, this evening I am flying to Reno for a site visit for work in the morning. Then I get to fly back home at 1pm tomorrow. I will be gone less than 24 hours. The most annoying thing about going to Reno is that it takes me as long to fly there (once you factor in airport security, etc) as it would to drive there. Beautiful Saturday
This morning was a classic summer morning here in Napa - cool and foggy which then burned off to a wonderful sunny day with clear blue skies. We went on a long walk with Jessie this morning up to Alston Park. Wednesday - the week is almost over
So today has not been my most productive day ever at work. I did get a number of projects done - mostly around information collecting and then forwarding said information to the correct people. A surprising amount of my work day is spent doing that actually.
I also made it to the gym - I am trying to make 4 gym classes a week. Monday is an hour ( Read more... ) -

It feels like it is much later in the week already. This past weekend we celebrated my mother in law's 61st birthday down at J's sister's house in San Mateo. I think she had a good time, though for me it was pretty exhausting. Sunday J & I just hung out, washed our cars, and drank margaritas. So it has only been a year ...
or longer since I updated my livejournal. I am on facebook pretty regularly but just read my friend's posts here on lj. My plan is to attempt to remedy that by posting more regularly. We shall see how that goes.

Testing a new extension
So I just switched to using google chrome and I am trying out the Scribefire extension. If it works out well, I will probably be posting a lot more often. -

Groundhogiversary
Today is Veg and I's 12th Groundhogiversary. 12 years ago we decided that we would "officially" date and see where it took us...so far its taken us to having lived on both coasts, owning a house and then owning a condo, getting married (after 10 years) and now living in Napa and having a 7 month old puppy. Yay!
