I loved this manifesto!! The effort and hard work you put into this were obvious. And you CUT OFF 500 WORDS?? Wow...

One note: throughout the whole manifesto you talked about the true love triangle. I know you purposedly didn't put in a lot of spoilers, but can you just say what this love triangle consists of? I would be so thankful to you!! (By the way, I am a spoiler whore.)

Ahahahha....I thought that would be obvious. It was each of their relationship with Kyoko Honda, Tohru's mother. Tohru's love for her mother was holding her back as she refused to let go of the spot she'd given her mother in her heart. Kyou's guilt over whatever involvement he had in her mother's death, is what is keeping him from moving their relationship further...he doesn't think Tohru could ever forgive him.
