Well, I had my first baby doctor visit. She said that for now everything looks good, but because of my kidney disease and my high blood pressure, I am considered a high risk pregnancy.That means more doctors, more visits and more caution ( Read more... )

It's a very very scary thing to go through. I can't tell you how much sleep I lost worrying about things throughout the pregnancy and I wasn't even the one carrying the baby. It's a lot of stress but you'll be so happy at the end of it.

If you need anyone to talk to as ya go through this you can give us a ring anytime. Tace asks me how you're doing all the time and I feel bad 'cause I don't talk to you that much.

Worst thing that could happen is that you may be ordered to be on bed rest the last month or two, but considering how many hours a week you work, that could actually be a blessing. I'm sure you've already been told this, but you're gonna hear it from me too: get as much sleep as you can now 'cause you won't be getting any after she/he is born!

Yeah, James is very scared too. We were talking about it last night and I was the one trying to console him and tell him everything was going to be alright.

Tell Tace thank you very much and that I am doing fine. I'm waiting for another office to call me back to schedule the apt for the high risk doctor.
I guess I'm just going to stick with whatever the doctors tell me to do and take it easy.

I'm trying to get lots of sleep. I love sleeping a lot lol. It seems I am always tired.

Thank you for your support. I miss RHPS and everyone on cast. Kinda bummed we won't be having rehearsal this weekend, I was looking foward to seeing everyone. I won't hesitate to call if I need to talk. :D

*hugs* Yeah, that's the best you can do. I also regret that we don't talk as much as we used to, but we love you and wish you all the best. The weather was a beast this weekend, so it may have been a blessing rehearsal was canceled. There's next Saturday. ^-^ "Yvette, will you attend to the colonel and give him anything he requires? Within reason, that is."

Yeah, I hope the weather gets better this weekend. It's still kinda bad where I live.
Thank you very much. I'm also sad I don't talk to anyone nearly as much as I used to. I need to make time for other people, so I can see my friends more.

Just do what the doctors say and focus on "I am pregnant and I am going to have my baby finally!"
