It's AWESOME, right? XD Though I also found Sasarai was mostly meh. But everyone else I love.

(BTW, did you get the other volume 7 links I sent? The first one was incomplete; the second PM should have the entire volume 7 in four parts.)

From what I remember about the game, Harmonia itself is more visible, at least in respect to the Masked Bishop's coup. And Albert's motivations were much less... noble (I think noarmyatmyback was better at articulating the Albert parts better than I can right now). I kinda also thought the manga gave much better closure on Chris ("CHRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIS" XDD) and Wyatt, whereas the game felt really abrupt (but that's the nature of the medium, I guess). And there is still the narrative changes depending on the order of the POV character chapters you play and who you choose as the Flame Champion's successor etc.

This is the most comprehensive map I've found of the Suikoden world, probably around III. There's some iffiness about the map's precision though, since I've heard people question ( ... )

Whoops, super late reply, but YEAH. I did get the links, thanks!! :D

And huh. Interesting re: Albert. That alone makes me want to play through. That's a pretty bizarre shift that makes me wonder if translation issues played a factor or if the two interpretations can be reconciled.

Hmmmm, map makes sense. Detail on that one is pretty awesome even if there are discrepancies. :O
