So today we had this really awesome event at school where I got to see four different bands composed of a mixture of my students play.  The first group even played the Fighting Dreamers song (The first Naruto opening that FLOW did), which was pretty cool.  And I got to see the Kakashi fangirl sing--WTF I DID NOT KNOW SHE WAS IN A BAND AT ALL.  She ( Read more... )

Geh, you're reading Natsuo Kirino? I read Grotesque by her when I was still in Japan. I had random teachers coming up to me and saying, "So what do you think? It's so weird, right?" And I had to agree. Finished it, certainly, but she's got a darkness to her writing, and I don't know how I feel about it. Maybe I should give Out a chance and see if it's the same kind of thing.

It is very dark, so I am guessing that doesn't rally change. It is very different from what I usually read, so that's why I thought it was so enjoyable.

Good cleanser palette read, not I'm onto Morgan Spurlock's "Don't Eat This Book." XD I read such disparate things sometimes.

Yes, they were. If I wasn't so happy for my students, I would have wished an ALT who appreciated them had been there instead of me.

I can offer you the hand that shook the hand that shook Flumpool's hand. It also touched a Gundam so you can have third hand Flumpool and first hand Gundam hand touching. 8D
