I think I loved Burlesque. Not because it was a fabulous story or anything, but because of the music and the costumes and the sets. It was beautiful to watch and listen to--if a little loud (thanks, Toho Cinemas). I really enjoyed that. So four years ago when I moved to Kuse, this was one of the first music videos I watched on TV. I absolutely fell in love with the video and the song, and I am so, SO happy that after hearing it on my iTunes, I was inspired to go look for it.

I have safely made the trip from my lovely home in Pennsylvania back to my cold town in Japan. It was a long trip, and there was a lot of traveling. So Sunday more then made up for thwe fail of my week. I am still saddened by the loss of my favorite author, though according to a friend he penned one last novel.
