Summer is flying by, and I'm loving the arrival of sweet corn!
From "Cooking Light" How's this for YUM:
3/4 c light sour cream
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp seasoned salt
5 ears of fresh sweet corn
1 c finely chopped green onion
1 c finely chopped red bell pepper
Husk the corn and slice off the kernels into a bowl (no need to cook sweet corn).
