[019] [voice | text] ... Well, that was a short stay.

My apologies for the shortness of this message, but I intend to leave soon.

Now, does anyone know how to obtain an advantage against Steel-type Pokémon? I came victorious against Azalea's Gymnasium leader, but it was really rather close when he sent out his... Scizor, I believe it was called? Yes, Scizor.

Anyway, yes, that will be all.

[...Miles gear is probably sputtering somewhere near the bottom of the well. :D

But he heard you talking to your gear, and he's magically appearing right behind you!]

... Fire-type Pokémon are advantageous against steel-types, Mr. Doe.

Are you leaving?

[Oh, yes. Shall we say it was he who forgot and not me? 8|;;]

I really should try to catch one of those, yes...

... I am.

[Sure thing, bb. <3]

They're nice to have around. [He has, like, three of them, like that Arcanine-Growlithe pair frolicking around in the snow over there.]

I hope you have an easier time traveling than that blizzard, then.

Of course. [He nods, more out of a polite reflex than anything.]

According to the Pokédex, Steel types are weak against Fire and Fighting types.

...I guess that depends on what you have to say.

[Jeez, Phoenix, you sound like a jerk when you text.]

I have nothing new to say; I was wondering if you did, Mr. Wr Att Wright.

[Shelly doesn't help, does he? He doesn't always do it on purpose, though, and this is one of those times when his naturally detached demeanour is working against him.]

[It takes a few minutes before he replies;]

Why did you agree to kidnap Maya?

I should have explained this to you already. At the time, I was doing whatever was in my power in order to protect my client.

Wow. There's steel Pokemon too?

[As you can see, Mr. Doe, Byrne is very much UNHELPFUL here]

Indeed there are, although I have yet to see one in the wild.

Huh. They're actually made of steel?

That may depend on the species. One of my Pokémon, for instance, only has steel protrusions on his head; yet, I have seen a bird made almost entirely out of high-quality steel.
