Medical Crisis for MIL

My mother in law had a massive stroke yesterday. She is unresponsive verbally and is drooping on the right side. It is so hard to see her like this! The troops ( her family) have rallied and are coming in to stay with her day and night. I went over yesterday night to say my goodbyes. Kathleen stayed over until 4:00 a.m. and Bob went over then. I didn't have to work on Thursday and I left work early on Wednesday. We are keeping vigil with Mom - We have been talking about the funeral arrangements- it seems very strange.

What a lucky woman to have created a loving family who will send her to the next life with their presences! Bless you all. Kiss her check from a friend who treasures you. I'm 8 hours from my own mother and hope I will have the opportunity to be with her when that time comes.

Yes she is a wonderful woman, everyone of us will be sad to see her go and blessed by her presence in our lives.But I still hope she won't linger, she deserves that.
