Medical Crisis for MIL
My mother in law had a massive stroke yesterday. She is unresponsive verbally and is drooping on the right side. It is so hard to see her like this! The troops ( her family) have rallied and are coming in to stay with her day and night. I went over yesterday night to say my goodbyes. Kathleen stayed over until 4:00 a.m. and Bob went over then. Loretta joined them about 9:00 a.m. I feel like it is a death vigil and perhaps it is.
Just on Tuesday, we were talking about how well she was doing and that she should get physical therapy to regain some of her lost strength. How things change.
Everybody pray for her- At this point I'm hoping that God will take her quickly and without pain. She has had a great life and has been there for all of us.
