Finally off hiatus!
After four long years of dry spell, I finally started writing again last year (thanks to my Muse being kick-started by the James Bond film Skyfall). More than 130,000 words, as a matter of fact, which is by far the longest thing I've ever written ( Read more... ) -

This did turn out to be an exceptionally frantic Yuletide writing experience, but both my recipients seem to genuinely enjoy their stories, and I received an absolutely fabulous story in return, so I am quite content.

After 2 years, I'm finally writing again, although still severely limited by working two jobs for the short term (3 - 6 months, helping to cover workload for a friend taking chemo for colon cancer). Real Life -- Such as it is!
All right, I promised I would be a little better about updating my WIP's, most specifically, "Black Waters."
However . . . Real Life has done some serious butt-kicking of late, and I really do have an excuse. Several, in fact.
