Ugh, so wonderful! I love your Jim so much. That he can completely miss how hurt Bones is and then be so carefully tender and conscientious about letting Bones take the lead just totally destroys me. And your Bones! Your Bones causes me actual physical pain, I am not even joking. The whole thing is so fucking fabulously nuanced and deftly handled and never overly written.

ALSO I FEEL IT SHOULD BE EXPRESSED (VERY ENTHUSIASTICALLY) THAT YOU'VE GOT SOME MAD LYRICAL SKILLS. I read "like the cowl of sleep made manifest" and I swear my heart made a little desperate sound all on its own.
