i don't have posting access to TQC yet (my account is too new), but i hope its ok that i post my response here.

if the female worker was capable of doing such work and saying "thats for a man to do" it would piss me off. if we have the same job title we should both be expected to do the work we are capable of. i don't mind helping, but i do mind being a dumping ground for the work you just dont feel like doing.
