Sat, after spending the most of a day on a plane, I landed in good ole Colorado around 4:30ish.  Picked up by the GF and whisked off to a typical GNO of total girl power.  A few minor hiccups apparently occurred prior to my arrival but nothing ruined the evening.  The girls all were beautiful and of course the norm.  Much drinking and yummy food ( Read more... )

I was going to write about my yard work today until I went and read my wife's page.  Bitch!  Now all I can think about is carrot cake with cream cheese icing!  Good Lord that sounds about yummy right now.  I'm thinking I need a fix and quick!

Oh well, I guess it is the answer that I will never have come to me.  But, it sure would be nice to know.  *giggle*

Most years I don't even recall it.  I'm not sure if it's subconcious or if it's really forgotten.  For some reason today, the date flashed up on my screen as I logged on and the jarring brought the previously forgotten all the way to the front.  Today would have been 22 years.  22 years of my life.  Very odd indeed to think about it.  I'm only 40 ( Read more... )

Much progress in reading and spelling with the tot.  We are up from three letter words to four letter words in spelling and he is loving reading.  Still working with the three/four word sentences, but we are progressing.  He is doing great and more importantly, he's loving it ( Read more... )
