Lesson in wisdom!
Never ever a good idea to drink until 4am and then try to race with another that has done that very same stupid thing. The 4 mile run kicked my butt from here to Vancouver! Dear gawd that was not a good idea! As I recall, the whole night was spent with this competitive mindset of who was going to kick whose ass. Well, we both drew a drawl nearing the 3rd mile stating that we were both to be dead by the time we got back to the car so neither of us was going to celebrate or have to buy lunch. Ugh! 40 yr olds should not party with dumb 29 yr olds! That 11 year difference is a killer! At this moment, my body feels ever bit of it's actual age plus........ all the wear and tear that I put on it during said years!
