For the second time in the short two years I have been working for the state, the apartment complex down the street from my office has had a major fire.  The first time occurred the week before I started in June 2006.  It took out an entire building and had one death.  Luckily, there are no deaths this time but 70 people are without a home.  I " ( Read more... )
