Hey sweetie, it came out fantastic. The sex was incredibly hot. I, for one, love Hakkai being in charge and on top. I hate when anyone makes him (or any of the ikkou) girly. Just my personal squick.

You did a great job making it not only plausible for us non 38ers but enjoyable as hell!! I really loved the ending.

I'm glad you liked it. I was worried that my Hakkai wouldn't be dominant enough for you. Thank you so much for your help in the beginning. Your advice helped me keep Hakkai in charge and Sanzo for getting too willing too quickly. (You can tell me if any bits didn't work for you though. I'm generally pretty good about concrit, and I'm not sure this went in the direction you were pointing me!)

That was wonderful. I am so totally NOT a 38 fan, but I love what you did with their motivations and thought processes (and you also made me feel bad for both Hakkai and Gojyo with Sanzo's insight into why the two of them aren't working as intended.)

I had to throw in the nod to my OTP. For me, if they aren't together, I want to know why. There is an unwritten (and it will stay unwritten) sequel in my mind, where Gojyo realizes the error of his ways and falls into Hakkai's waiting arms. In the meantime, thank you so much for being open minded enough read a pairing that you don't care for - and for saying such nice things about it!!

I cannot say how absolutely brilliant this was. I love 83 (probably second to 53 actually) and..and..I had to rush out at lunch to read it. Then I bought it home and read it again. I missed supper but I don't care!

The thing I loved the most is Hakkai's dialogue; you have him so perfectly, I could hear him in my head talking. I love the fact that although Sanzo seems to be in a sort of non-con position, he really isn't. After all, he does manage to push Hakkai's buttons enough to get him to co-operate. The sex was dead hot as well.

I totally enjoyed the whole psychology interwoven between the two of them as well. And Sanzo tied up in any situation? Get me an airconditioner and an ice bath, please...

Thank you so much! I swear you and jedishampoo are sekrit sisters - 83 is her second favorite pairing as well and a tied up Sanzo is her favorite kind of Sanzo! I personally prefer 83 to 53 because, as you may have noticed, there is no "8" in 53, and that is a grievous omission indeed.

I'm glad the Hakkai dialogue worked for you. If I got my baby wrong (after forgetting his birthday) I could never forgive myself.

I loved the Hakkai dialogue. I'm sure as well that Hakkai won't be too mad with you about forgetting his birthday. Or perhaps you could hope he might be as mad at you as he was with Sanzo? *winks* because that apparently worked out quite well...

Hakkai is very hot here with his single-minded determination. I like that in a man. I love this story the more I read it ;-)

And did I see further down a mention of 58 PWP? 'Someone' so needs to do that with dirty talking in it, and perhaps not having the obvious choice of Gojyo doing the talking.....*goes off to plot further* Was that hint too obvious? *laughs hysterically*

I'm not sure I could write dirty talking Hakkai. I think it's going to be more of a deeply angsting Hakkai. We'll see. I'll attempt to put something vaguely naughty in his mouth (now that just sounds... wrong) and see what happens. But I've already started; I wanted to do Hakkai's POV, since I haven't yet and he just started angsting almost instantly. Poor dear.
