Moral of the Story: Don't eat the whole apple rhubarb pie

We've been diet conscious around here lately. Working out a LOT, eating very well. Only problem is that with summer comes ripe fruit in the yard and I've been feeling like I can't let it go to waste. Yes, because who wants "appleaid"? No one does.

However, the apple bran muffins are screamin' yummy! Oh My God Yummy.

Tonight another apple rhubarb pie and perhaps I'll freeze some pie filling for the holidays, as usual.

Applesauce, coming right up.

Actually, I hereby unreject the appleaid concept. I have a juicer and nothing tastes good like fresh apple juice.

donate to a local food coop. they never get fresh fruit to give out.
