I love DS9. I loved Voyager, too, but it was a bit moralistic for my taste. I kept wanting to dopesmack Janeway, even though I had the hugest girl-crush on her when I was eleven. ;)

I'm having mixed feelings about Voyager. If I'd never seen DS9, I would have thought it was great compared to TNG (which, it turns out, I actually hated, even though I didn't realize it at the time). But every time I watch an episode, all I can think is "I wish they'd put the money they did into Voyager into a savings account and made even more DS9 later instead."

I'm definitely with you on the moralistic tendencies. That's part of why I'm not enjoying it as much. I know that the first season of a lot of shows is weak, but...well, I still find the really bad episodes of DS9 (like the one where they got sucked into a game and Quark had to get them out) incredibly entertaining, even though I recognize that they're bad. When Voyager has a bad episode, it's like a bad TNG episode for me--completely dull.

Is it difficult taking two language classes at the same time?

This semester it is (I'm in second semester for both), although last semester it wasn't. This semester my Chinese class starts fifteen minutes after my Spanish class ends, which apparently isn't enough time for me to really switch gears. Last semester I had a couple hours in between, though, which made it easier.
