Heating and snow brain
Hello.
So, I put the heating on, but I haven't mastered it yet. I only just realised that the thermostat was set all the way up, hence why my flat was going from freaking freezing (a technical term) to just short of hell's median temperature (another technical term).
But i have changed the thermostat so when I put the heating on tomorrow, it should ( Read more... ) -

So, life in Britain at the moment seems to entirely be about snow.
The whole country, or collection of three countries, plus our friends in Northern Ireland for good measure, are completely and utterly trapped. By whiteness.

Oh, such joyous irony
I just saw the best ever ticker at the bottom of a news channel, on BBC News 24.
It said:
"Researchers discover that the sun's rays are harmful to whales' skin, just like humans."
This was immefiately followed by: "[some proson] to install sunbeds to improve the health of inmates."
BRILLIANT!
