My boredom is palpable this morning, just like the icy humidity outside my office window.  Heavy and cold.  I do NOT like this bleh feeling.  Sigh...I want to go back to bed, but then again I spent three days (mostly) hanging out in my apt. and that, though warmer, got boring too ( Read more... )

No more TUDs (Totally Unnecessary Drinks) at the end of nights out.  Seriously.  Mean it.

Now, on weeknights, I make no promises.

I really want a pedometer.  Ryan says it's obsessive to want to know exactly how many calories you are burning in a day when you already go to the gym every day.

I do not think so.  I still want a pedometer. 

Well, looks like no japan trip this year.  I won't have enough vacation days with the new job until after summer, and by that point i may as well wait until spring '08 to go ( i really wanted to see the cherry blossoms, and those only bloom in the spring ( Read more... )

Oh, and by the way...I am one hell of a cook. 

Ryan and I just cooked standing rib roast for Christmas Eve dinner.

Accompanied by roasted asparagus in lemon chili oil, baked onions in balsamic sugar reduction sauce, and seared portobello mushrooms.

Plus wine, two types of hard aged cheese, and challah bread.

I. am. so stuffed.  And HAPPY.

Tummy full.
