Ryan and I just cooked standing rib roast for Christmas Eve dinner.

Accompanied by roasted asparagus in lemon chili oil, baked onions in balsamic sugar reduction sauce, and seared portobello mushrooms.

Plus wine, two types of hard aged cheese, and challah bread.

I. am. so stuffed.  And HAPPY.

Tummy full.

Looking forward to the champagne soon.
